[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, width: 400px; height: 600px; border-left: 10px solid #9E3C33;] Welcome to MUDBLOODS & MURMURS! WYATT LESLIE MCQUILLEN [/style] [style=font-family:times; font-size:10; letter-spacing: 6px; line-height: 2px color:#9E3C33; text-transform:uppercase; font-style: italic; ] you're a wizard, harry CHARACTER FULL NAME: Wyatt Leslie McQuillen NICKNAMES: Wy, Bobo DATE OF BIRTH: April 24th AGE: 16 GENDER: Male SEXUAL ORITATION: Heterosexual OCCUPATION: Student BLOODSTATUS: Muggleborn FINANCIAL STATUS: Middle class YEAR: Sixth HOUSE: Hufflepuff WAND: 12 ¼ inches, Surprisingly swishy, Unicorn hair, Alder ALLEGIENCE: Order CANON: No Tell Us a little about how you look HEIGHT: 5’10” WEIGHT: 155 lbs HAIR COLOR: Sandy blonde EYE COLOR: Bright blue DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: A light dusting of freckles along his cheekbones FACE CLAIM: Ed Speleers ATTIRE: Outside of school attire, Wyatt wears anything comfy and casual. His trunk is stuffed with faded jeans, pullovers, t-shirts depicting muggle bands, and boxers (not briefs). Knitted sweaters are a personal favorite during the wintery months. Despite the handful of years he’s attended Hogwarts, Wyatt has never officially learned how to properly wear a tie. He always adjusts it so that the strip of fabric is skewed or wrinkled. His socks rarely match due to always running late. His blonde mop of hair is thick and messy and has a beachy look to it. Wyatt has peachy skin with a soft coating of freckles. Bright blue eyes are framed by long lashes. Due to a mishap as a young child his nose, once broken, never quite healed as it should and has a bump over the bridge; it’s slightly crooked. Shoelaces are quite often untied resulting in numerous falls-he just never notices. and then a little about yourself LIKES: * Puppies - Wyatt has a soft side for any animal, especially for those of a smaller stature, but tumbling puppies never fail to melt his heart. When he was five his own dog had a litter though they did not keep any of the puppies and gave them all to loving homes. He would lay out on the grass and all six pups would crawl on top of him and fall asleep. * Sweets - Preferably ice cream, Wyatt loves anything that has an extra kick of sugar in it. He has a stash of pumpkin pasties stored within his trunk and wrappers cover his bed and the surrounding floor. * Muggle Football (European) - Since the age of four Wyatt has partipated in a local football league. Despite generally being a klutz once he puts on a pair of cleats and hits the field the tables turn a complete 180. During his summer holiday he volunteers as a referee for the youth leagues and is an active member on the adolscent team. Typically he is placed as defense. * Wizard Card Collectors' Club - Since Wyatt's love of sweets left him with a lot of wrappers, and hence chocolate frog cards, he decided to check out the WCCC in his second year (having been too shy during his first). Instead of the cards rotting in the depths of his trunk he uses them to trade and play games with. * Astronomy - Out of all his school courses Wyatt's favorite is astronomy. It's both a magic and muggle interest and one he can share with his family back home. *Horror genre – Muggle horror movies are Wyatt’s favorite genre of entertainment-unfortunately he has yet to sit through an entire screening without running from the room, falling asleep, or screaming at the top of his lungs. *Bertie’s Every Flavored Beans – You never know what flavor you’ll ingest, and the suspense nearly kills him every time (literally, as he was once overly excited and nearly choked to death on a bean). Wyatt’s favorite flavor is grass. *Music – Back at home Wyatt falls asleep every night to his CD player-he’s a closet Madonna fan. DISLIKES: * Spiders and Bugs - From the core of his soul Wyatt hates bugs, especially daddy long legs. His 'masculinity' is immediately forgotten at the sight of any scuttling insect. He'll give a shrill scream and make a run for the door. * Divination - Wyatt absolutely hates going to Divination and normally falls asleep in a bowl of mushy tea leaves. Not only is it boring but Wyatt suspects there's something phony about it. It also generally creeps him out to mess around with anything concerning the future as he is extremely supersititous. * Blueberries - Highly allergic to the blue fruit, if consumed his tongue will swell and a dark patch of rashes will blemish his cheeks and neck. * Toasters - Loud and sudden noises startle Wyatt and send his heart in a panicked flutter. Toasters always catch him by surprise with a sharp yelp. Normally he exits the kitchen for a solid five minutes before bothering to get his cooled toast. Horror films and vaccuums also have a similar effect on him. * Water - Fine to drink, Wyatt hates swimming and the sensation of being wet. Being splashed is a huge 'no no'. Similarily he does not enjoy storms (thunder) and the rain and he will never understand the romantic notion of dancing in the rain. There is nothing pleasantly about cold, soggy clothes sticking to all the corners of one's body. *Loud noises – He has really sensitive ears and a touch of paranoia-he is under the assumption that loud noises alert all the scary things of your location. *Cats – Not only do they genuinely seem to hate Wyatt (and he has the scratch marks to prove it from his sister’s cat), but they make him sneeze. *School uniforms – Though he has Hufflepuff pride, Wyatt finds the uniforms stuffy and restricting (and occasionally itchy). BOGGART: When Wyatt was seven years old he was in the garage with his sister dusting off their bikes before going on a ride around the block. He felt a slight tickle in his hair but ignored it, thinking it to be a breeze when his sister suddenly screamed. A massive daddy long legs scuttled down and perched itself on the bridge of his nose. Terrified he brought up a palm to squish it - all over his face. He has since been absolutely petrified of spiders and any other creepy crawly bug. ERISED: Wyatt would be strapped into knee pads and laced into cleats. He would be a player for Sheffield United, his favorite football club. In the background the children from his local youth league would all be holding trophies after sweeping the annual tournament victoriously. Wyatt himself would be a little leaner and less stocky, with a dazzling white smile. The scene would be happy and warm. OVERALL PERSONALITY: Wyatt is a gentle soul. He's a loveable guy just looking to have some fun. He's incredibly loyal, like a puppy, and will follow someone to the very end despite the odds. It's rare for him to lie, unless it's a little white lie. But he's absolutely horrid at the art of lying and is easily caught doing so; he'll speak in a higher-pitched voice out of the corner of his mouth. Having struggled throughout his entire Hogwart's career with maintaining average grades Wyatt's worked hard in the library. He's seen professors during their office hours and visited various tutors in determination of improving his marks. Academics don't come easy to him and he finds most courses to be boring or confusing. There are moments he can be a bit of an air-head and completely oblivious. For the most part Wyatt tries to be fair, he isn't very competitive and is quite laid back. He hates conflicts and tends to run away from it, instead of buckling down to face the situation. During his earlier years at school Wyatt was quite shy but he's grown into a more social butterfly. Despite his generally easy-going demeanor Wyatt does have a sensitive fuse. He can be quick to anger though will ramble instead of hissing any verbal attack; this is especially true concerning his weight. More toned and muscular now then a few years back, he's still soft in the middle. Wyatt used to be picked on for being a pudgey first year. In hopes of avoiding conflict Wyatt conforms to the wishes of others and can be a bit of a pushover. He is not aggressive (onless on the football field) or direct causing peers to sometimes misunderstand his true meaning. He's a large klutz, always tripping over his own two feet. Completely disorganized Wyatt is always scrambling around, hurrying to get to class. He's usually a few minutes late after having to go back to the dormitory to get an item left behind. He's messy but always means well. history your family and such PARENTS: Father-Anthony McQuillen, 50, muggle, freelance journalist. Mother-Veronica McQuillen, 49, muggle, pastery chef. SIBLINGS: Older sister-Charolette McQuillen, 26, muggle, dropped out of law school and worked at a grocery market for a few years before returning to university for graphic design. She's a huge gamer and changes hair color every other week. Has been affectionately named "Cherry" by Wyatt due to once having vibrant, red hair. PETS: Wyatt has an eagle owl named Poofa. Due to its large size the bird often unintentionally knocks items over and has a rather odd habit of landing atop Wyatt’s head. It is clumsy and has run glided into windows on several occasions.[/ OVERALL HISTORY: Born to a muggle, teenage couple (who split halfway through the pregnancy), Wyatt was adopted by Veronica and Anthony McQuillen-who had been trying for a second child but were unable to conceive again. As an infant Wyatt was always smiling and rarely-if ever-cried. He had pudgy cheeks and was constantly looking around the room in wonder. Despite his happy demeanor it was hard to put the babe to sleep; it was as though he were afraid to close his eyes. Veronica would rock him for nearly two hours in effort of lulling her child to sleep. Anthony once even slept in the crib in hopes of additionally comforting the child. But he was a healthy baby who was easy to please and often ate more than he should. When he was a toddler strange things began to happen. Toys would soar around the room, something hitting Wyatt over the head. When the child would hiccup tiny vibrations would shake the floor as though an earthquake had erupted. Once the door to Wyatt’s bedroom slammed for five minutes straight-the terrified couple believed their home to be haunted. They brought in a priest to cleanse the house of any ill-intentioned spirits. Of course, after the cleansing, nothing changed. They moved elsewhere but found themselves in the same, peculiar situation. Once a toy boat smacked Wyatt in the nose breaking it, and without the boy every realizing. It had hardly hurt and once the blood had cleared seemed fine-but now it’s quite crooked. Wyatt attended a private, boys-only elementary. The school was large and Wyatt was often lost, wandering the halls in search for the loo. He made a lot of friends and had his lunch stolen by the resident bullies-but his childhood was quite normal except for the looming ‘spirits.’ At age eleven Wyatt received a mystery visit and was informed that he was not haunted, but rather possessed the ability of magic. A major source of conflict and confusion was immediately lifted. When the day came to board for Hogwart’s, Wyatt had to practically be dragged to King’s Cross. He was absolutely terrified of what was in store and found leaving behind his family and friends a scenario of great difficulty. When he arrived to Hogwart’s Wyatt was sorted into Hufflepuff-he had no idea what a ‘Hufflepuff’ actually was but assumed it be some monstrous magical beast. It wasn’t, but he’s quite fond of the badger mascot. In truth Wyatt failed to see the differences between the houses at first, but as time wore on he stuck close to the members of his own house and Gryffindors. He was a goofy kid always trying to fit in. Flying proved to be a difficult class as Wyatt struggled to balance himself on a broomstick. He became enthralled by potions and the possible explosions they could create-he’s lost his eyebrows a few times but is no Seamus Finnigan. After second year he became too terrified of Professor Snape to even hold his quill steady. In the coming war Wyatt finds himself drifting towards the Order-he fails to understand the difference that the purity of blood makes in a witch or wizard. During his youth he played on a community football league. After he turned 13 he became too old and started acting as a referee at games. Now that's he almost 17 he hopes to become assistant coach-he loves working with the kids and playing the game. now for the person behind the character ALIAS: Breezy AGE: 19 EXPERIENCE: A handful of years :3 WHERE'D YOU FIND US?: Already a member [style=padding-right:5px; padding-left:9px; font-family:georgia; font-size:10; letter-spacing:0px; color:#fff;line-height:10px; text-align:center; border-left:0px dotted black; text-transform:uppercase; padding-bottom:0px; text-shadow: 0 0 0.2em #F87, 0 0 0.2em #F87;] Credit goes to MDIZZLE FO RIZZLE at Caution 2.0 |
